Q: Can I place a phone order?
A: No, we are only accepting online orders at this time.
Q: Do you gift wrap?
A: Unfortunately, we do not offer gift wrapping.
Q: What types of payment do you accept?
A: At this time, the only form of payment that we accept is PayPal.
Q: When will you ship my order?
A: Our goal is to ship your order as soon as possible, usually within 1 business day.
Q: How can I return something?
A: You are welcome to return any items within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the items have not been worn or washed. We will refund the price of the merchandise, but please, choose your items carefully, as we are unable to refund any shipping costs.
Q: What if I receive a damaged item?
A: If you receive a damaged item, please send us a message through eBay, and we will do our best to correct the problem and send you a replacement at no cost to you.
Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: The fastest way to exchange an item is to place a new order and process your return separately. We will issue a credit to your Paypal account (for the price of the merchandise only) upon receiving your return. Please note that the buyer is responsible for shipping costs.
Q: Do you pay for return shipping?
A: In order to keep our prices so low, we are unable to cover return shipping costs.
Q: Do you accept best offers?
A: No, we do not accept best offers. Our merchandise is already discounted so much that we are unable to accept any lower offers.
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We can ship any of our items worldwide.
Q: Can I ship my order to an address other than my eBay registered address?
A: We can ship to an alternate address. Please change your address upon checkout by clicking the “Change Shipping Address” link.
Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: We do combine shipping on all of our orders. The first item is $4.95 for shipping, and each additional item is only $0.99. Orders will be shipped via our standard shipping method unless an expedited shipment is requested for an additional $2.00 per order.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: You can cancel an order up until it is processed for shipment in our warehouse. If it has not been shipped, we will cancel the order and issue you a refund. If the order has already shipped, you can return the product under our standard return policy.
Q: Is the product new?
A: All of our products are brand new.
Q: When do you respond to messages?
A: We are open from 9AM to 5PM EST Monday through Friday. If you send us a message over the weekend or on a holiday, we will respond to you by the next business day.
