Initially I was unable to find a way on the ebay website to report to the seller that a received purchase had unexpected issues. Once I figured out a way, the Seller was prompt to respond and walk me through options. My issue was remedied and I give the seller high marks for doing so. I also noticed the shipment was prompt and nicely packed.

I offered a refund of half and buyer politely declined and then i thought we had ended our conversation amicably when I asked her to go ahead and return after she suggested that I may be able to resell to another with the additional flaws. Im not sure what else the buyer wanted from me in order for her to be happy. I apologize for any inconvenience. She is still able to return.

The best experience I've ever had buying online! Package arrived earlier than expected, but when I saw it i thought uh oh..... the box looked like it had been dropped from an airplane (thanks USPS). No worries though, seller had packaged it so well nothing would have broken it. Product is exactly as described and works perfectly.
