| A:Returns are cheerfully accepted if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason. Simply return the item in it's original condition and I will refund the entire purchase price including shipping! |

| A:Yes, shipping on most items is only $3 for Priority Mail within the US, and I charge only 1.00 more for each additional item. Buy 5 or more items and the total shipping is FREE! |

| A:I will ship your item within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment. I use USPS priority shipping with a delivery time of 2-3 days. For international orders I use USPS global priority shipping with a delivery time of 5-6 days. I can ship items express/next day at your request. |
