 | A: We print out shipping labels through Paypal for each transaction. You will receive an automatic email from auto-notify@ups.com with your tracking number once your order ships. It will go to the email address associated with your Paypal account, unless it is blocked or goes to your spam folder. |

 | A: Most of our descriptions include choices on the listing or a link to our custom store pages where you can view your choices. You can also view them by going to our eBay store "The Crafters Nook" and clicking on our custom store pages at the left under our categories.  | A: You can include your choices when you go through the checkout or payment process. There is a "leave seller a message" area. If you can't seem to leave a message this way, just email your choices through eBay by contacting seller. |

 | A: You can receive free shipping on bedding & accessories by waiting for me to send you a revised invoice before you pay. It will automatically charge you full shipping costs. |
 | Q: Do you combine shipping on multiple items? |

 | A: Yes, but not all combinations can be combined. Ebay's shipping calculator is wrong if you buy 2 of the same item #. So, if you want 2 triples, then you would need to buy a sextuple (it's only 1 item # & shipping is correct). But if you buy 2 triples (it is 2 of the same item #) you will need to wait for me to update your invoice before you pay. |
 | Q: I made a mistake and purchased 2 items instead of 1, how do I cancel this? |

 | A: Sellers still can get charged fees even if it was a mistake. We will need to file a mutually agree to cancel this transaction dispute through eBay. This is easy and painless and it doesn't count against the seller or buyer. This ensures that you don't have any obligations to pay and our fees can get reimbursed. |
 | Q: When can I expect my order to arrive? |

 | A: Please refer to your Ebay/Paypal order statement for estimated shipping times. We are experiencing a high volume of orders at this time. It can take up to 10 business days to process orders, plus transit times. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
