We almost always ship First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Items are always packaged well & may include recycled packaging. We print our shipping lables through PayPal. You will recieve tracking information via email. International customers: We take packages directly to post office so PayPal shipping is not used at this time. We do not offer returns on most of our items since they are used, original, one of a kind or hand crafted & the like, but with that stated: If for any reason you are not happy with item, please let us know & we will see what we can work out. We do not want our customers un-happy & will do what we can to make you satisfied with our transaction. *We are not responsible for lost or damaged items by the Post Office.
