Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policy
|If you are unsatisfied with an item (other than wholesale bulk lots) for any reason, return it within 14 days of purchase in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with original tags attached (if applicable) for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping). We apologize that we cannot do exchanges and offer refunds only.
All underwear is NOT returnable. Wholesale bulk lots may be returned only if defective.
All returns must have a return authorization (RA) number AND must be returned directly to us OR use our pre-printed shipping label. And, all returns must be requested through our easy online return form that you can complete by clicking the "Continue" button below. If you make a return without following these requirements, we will not be able to refund you. If we did provide a pre-printed shipping label, please use that label. Please allow 10 business days for your credit to process.
In the event that you need to make a return because of a mistake that we made, we will refund round trip shipping and/or take whatever other steps are appropriate.
1) Merchandise must be returned NEW, UNWORN, & UNWASHED condition with original tags attached within 14 days of purchase.
2) Please complete the Return Request form on the next page completely and accurately.

4) Please include the original shipping document in your package and please be sure to write your RA number AND YOUR EBAY USER ID clearly on the outside of your package AND on the shipping document.
5) Within 10 business days of receiving your return, you will be issued a refund (excluding shipping). We CANNOT do exchanges.
