accept all major credit cards via phone as well as Paypal,
money order or certified check payment options.
If
you would like to pay by credit card, phone your credit

Instructions
for submitting certified checks and money orders are provided
on check out.
Paypal
is not accepted for purchases to be picked up. Payment will
be processed via cash or credit card at the time of pick
up.
NYS
residents please note we are required to add sales tax at
8.625%.
Payment
should be made within three days of purchase. Please contact
us if you need additional time to complete your purchase

For
small items, we offer the most cost effective shipping options
given the weight and size of your item. Check specific listings
for shipping information. We collect actual shipping plus
a modest $1.00 materials fee, to help defray the costs of
packing materials. Shipping is NEVER a profit center for
us!
For
large item purchases, we can help you arrange shipping whether
you are around the corner or around the world. Send us your
complete delivery address including inside logistics (stairs,
etc.) and we will be happy to obtain shipping estimates
for you. We recommend Plycon Vanlines for long distance
transport of valuable items.
Freight
and blanket wrap delivery can take from 2 to 4 weeks to
complete. We will work with you every step of the way. From
initial estimate to final delivery, we will assist in getting
your fine furnishings delivered.
Lastly,
we welcome pick up if you would like to pick your item up!

Our
consignment items are offered as-is. We make every effort
to describe our items accurately, including any defects
we have noted.
However,
we do want our buyers to be happy with their purchases.
If for some reason you are dismayed with the item you have
received, contact us within three days of receipt, via email.
Let us know what your concern is, and we will make every
effort to work with you in resolving your concern.

these goods, but merely a bailee acting on behalf of the
seller to facilitate the sale of these goods by holding
the goods until such time as a sale is completed and the
goods are shipped to the buyer.

acceptance of your bid creates a contract between you, as

of contract caused by either Buyer or Seller and you agree
to expressly indemnify The Sea Cliff Village Boutique from
any costs, fees or legal fees. The Sea Cliff Village Boutique's
full and entire liability to you or any third party under
any circumstances is limited to the sales price of the goods
and no more than $100. This limitation of incidental or
consequential damage may or may not apply to you depending
on applicable state law.

Sea Cliff Village Boutique warrantees and represents that
the goods are as they are described in the above listing.
We will accept returns of the goods only if they fail to
meet the descriptions above. The Sea Cliff Village Boutique
specifically disclaims any implied warranties of title,
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Some states do not allow the disclaimer of implied warranties,
so the foregoing disclaimer may not apply to you. This warranty
gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other
legal rights that vary from state to state. The Sea Cliff
Village Boutique's entire liability to you or any third
parties under any circumstance is limited to the sale price
of the relevant goods. Some States do not allow the exclusion
or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so
