The staff at Estate Liquidation and Management Services, LLC takes great pride in giving our customers and clients the best possible service and respect available. Since we are a liquidation company and sell many different types of items on consignment for our clients we sometime fail to notice non-functioning parts, chips, blemishes, and etc. It is the policy of our staff to inspect all items for chips, blemishes, and make sure things are in good working condition. Please ask questions before you make the purchase and examine the photos carefully.
RETURN POLICY:
We will accept returns if the item is not as advertised and notified within three [3] business days of receipt. Shipping charge refunds are decided per request. Return shipping at customer’s expense.
COMBINE MULITPLE ITEMS:
We ship by weight and not by the number of items so sometimes multiple items can ship for the same charge as shipping one. We are always happy to combine your multiple items so please do not use checkout when you have purchased multiple items.

The company was founded by G. Sanders Dupree who has been in Atlanta for over forty years.
Sanders Dupree is a long time Atlanta businessman whose experience includes being one of the first home inspectors in Atlanta in the early 70's, among the first to renovate and convert older apartment buildings into condominiums, new home construction, consultant to the State of Georgia and professional experience working with estate liquidation services. During his long and successful career he has had much experience dealing with bankers, attorneys, appraisers and Realtors. His reputation for honesty, integrity, flexibility and creative problem solving is well known throughout the Atlanta area and Western North Carolina. He is a member of ASEL, American Society of Estate Liquidators, AHIT Certified Home Inspector and member of NAHI, The National Association of Home Inspectors. |
