General Statement Regarding Our Products
The majority of our products are designed and manufactured as antique reproductions and are made of solid wood constructions. Using traditional construction techniques, including pegged mortise and tendon joints, dovetailing, parquetry and hand carving. We offer a more high quality furniture at affordable prices. Each piece is carefully finished to create the patina of fine antiques with fittings appropriate to its style and period. Primary wood species include Mahogany, Oak, Pine, Teak, Alder, Rubberwood, and Birch. Some of our finishes maintain a certain distressed and antiquated look. As such, slight variations in dimension or finish can be expected. Solid wood furniture is affected by humidity and atmospheric pressures, so it continually responds to its environment. Some splitting, cracking, warping, or other movement of wood components may occur.
Our Authentic Leather furniture is a natural product. There may be slight color variations, branding, etc. All of these factors are non-structural and are part of achieving the authentic nature and emotional appeal of these products. Leather furniture needs to be kept out of direct sunlight and away from heating vents to retain its beauty. Direct sunlight and the heat will break down the natural oils in the leather, making it more likely to crack. To last long and look good your furniture will require regular care and cleaning.

Items may sell out very quickly. We can not guarantee our items will always be available!!! Please be aware of this before you purchase!! We will do all in our power to have your item, but some of our furniture items are being liquidated from our WEBSITE- and not only from eBay. Our prices are some of the lowest available, so please don't try to haggle us as we have them as low as we can go. We do offer discounts on multiple purchases, contact us first if you notice any contradictions in our auctions. We are human and can make mistakes, but we are very fair and expect to be dealt with fairly as well. We usually answer all our emails in 24-48 hours and pride ourselves in excellent customer service. If you have a question or an auction seems questionable, please ask before you purchase. Business hours are Tuesday-Friday 10-4pm EST.

Shipping & Handling
Shipping and delivery days are Monday-Friday with the exception of applicable holidays. We receive great shipping rates and we try to pass these savings on to you with most items shipping free to your home or special offers are given on shipping!!! Shipping Sur-charges will apply to Northern and Northwestern states. Insurance is included to replace any damaged pieces that have proper documentation. Please notify us before sending payment for stock questions and with your zip code to receive accurate freight quotes. Please note that is you are ordering three or more pieces that carry a freight surcharge we can make an allowance to reduce the freight surcharge as long as all pieces are going to the same destination. Currently we ship only to locations in the Continental United States. For shipping outside the US, please inquire. International rates apply.
Your purchased items are insured and on our freight van-lines for delivery. You will receive an Advanced Shipment Notification once your items ship. Please wait a few days for the system to update before calling customer service. You will be contacted by the delivery provider for delivery appointment. You can also call 1-877-205-0381 to speak with someone regarding appropriate day for delivery. Mallery Hall LLC will not be held responsible for storage or redelivery fees if you refuse your item for any reason. We require payment of all such fees before items can be redelivered.
Mallery Hall LLC and the European House and its affiliates are not liable for any furniture damages when customer uses their own contracted Freight Carrier. All items are inspected prior to leaving manufacturers and are in excellent and new condition. It is customer’s responsibility to track freight, insure condition of freight, and filing any necessary claims.
MALLERY HALL LLC AND THE EUROPEAN HOUSE guarantees that all furniture sold or purchased through our company, is brand new and in excellent condition. No furniture items are refurbished or used, and come in original packaging from our vendors. We take extra measures in the delivering of these goods by using furniture movers or blanket wrap companies. Mallery Hall LLC and the European House will not be liable for manufacturer defects-for shipping damages, or damages occurring during delivery.
A. Manufacturer Defect
If a manufacturer defect is found, Mallery Hall LLC and the European House require written notification within 48hrs. We will make every attempt to submit the necessary information to the manufacturer for you to receive a repair, or replacement according to the manufacturer’s recommendation and warranty. MALLERY HALL LLC AND THE EUROPEAN HOUSE reserves the right to repair any defects or damages.
B. Shipping Damage
Should a piece arrive with damage, the customer is responsible for indicating the nature of the damage on the delivery paperwork and notifying MALLERY HALL LLC AND THE EUROPEAN HOUSE within 48 hours. Please call us at 877-205-0381 or email email@example.com. Please inspect your delivery promptly and carefully. All damage or other problems must be noted in writing on the bill of lading before signing. It is the customer's responsibility to thoroughly inspect all furniture at the time of delivery and make appropriate notations on the delivery paperwork. Beware of allowing Delivery Carrier to Write "Subject To Inspection" this will not hold up in the claims process. Be specific about each item and document the damage on the delivery receipt. It is also the customer's responsibility to notify MALLERY HALL LLC AND THE EUROPEAN HOUSE within 48 hours of the delivery of any damage. Refunds/returns relating to damage will only be issued/accepted as a result of our inability to repair/order/reorder an item. Please note the claim or repair process can take up to 45-60 days. Damaged items must be kept until the claims process is completed. Mallery Hall LLC and the European House will not be responsible for unpaid claims due to customer disposal of said items.
C. Damages During Home Delivery
Mallery Hall LLC and the European House or its affiliates will not be held liable for damages occurring if a customer insists furniture to be delivered to an inappropriate space with inadequate access or entries. Please note all pertinent measurements at your location before ordering your furniture. This is why we include measurements in our advertisements. Mallery Hall, LLC and the European House requires documentation from all 3rd party delivery companies stating all furniture is inspected and in excellent condition prior to delivery. If damage occurs during delivery and set up at our customers requested destination, furniture medics can be deployed for repair, but not at the expense of Mallery Hall, LLC or the European House. If damages occur caused by the 3rd party delivery company, Mallery Hall, LLC or the European House, not being present when furniture is delivered, cannot be held liable for damages occurring when the shipper and the customer are the only parties present. Decisions made on site by the customer and 3rd party delivery company are solely their responsibility and liability.
Your order is immediately placed with the manufacturer and scheduled for production. We require a written statement cancelling you order within three days from receipt of payment. If your order is not cancelled prior to shipping, you will be responsible for all round trip shipping charges. After 3 Days a 20% restocking fee will be assessed to all cancelled orders. Custom orders cannot be cancelled after they have been placed into production. If your order is cancelled prior to production, a 10% cancellation fee will apply. Our fine furniture pieces are packaged very securely to minimize the possibility of damage.
We do not accept returns on our Distressed Leather Items. We do however guarantee these will arrive in the condition as described, please be aware of this before you purchase. Undamaged and non custom furniture pieces may be returned in their original packing crate within 7 days of receipt. Shipping costs both to and from the customers requested destination, and a 20% restocking fee will apply. Refunds will be completed within 20-40 days depending on claim or shipping situation, and returned items are received back in our warehouse. You must contact us for authorization prior to returning any piece. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. Returns are not accepted on custom items, liquidation or clearance items. Deposits for custom items are forfeited if custom items are refused or remaining balances unpaid unless orders are cancelled within 5 days of purchase. Customer is to inspect all custom items upon arrival before signing off on the proof of delivery. Mallery Hall LLC will not be held liable for items accepted by the customer at the time of delivery. No refunds or pickups will be made after custom items are delivered and accepted. No refunds will be issued on items returned that have freight damage. Any returned items that are found to be damaged upon inspection at the time of arrival should be refused & the package returned to the shipper for claim processing. If furniture items have minor repairable manufacturer or shipping damages, but are refused after shipment by the customer, customer will encounter restocking and shipping fees. Non Custom Large furniture items may be returned only if damaged, and the damages were documented, so please be sure before you purchase that you are purchasing what you desire.
Custom & Backorder Policy
Although we try to keep every product in stock, occasionally some items will be backordered. Custom ordered items are considered backordered due to production, for 8 – 20 weeks depending on the vendor. We require half down on all custom orders. Once we receive notification that your items have arrived, we will notify you and request final payment. We require that the transaction be completed within 10 days of notification or storage fees will apply. Please see our return and cancellation policy for other questions on custom orders.
Mallery Hall Imagery Disclaimer
Malery Hall LLC is an independentresaler of wholesale furniture purchased from reputable manufacturers and importers.
All imagery on the Mallery Hall website is obtained by permission from our vendors, or reproduced by Mallery Hall employees and is our sole property. Mallery Hall LLC will not be held liable for issues re; furniture design styles. If a manufacturer sees an image displayed on our site that they feel is a copy or an infringement of their original design, please notify Mallery Hall LLC. We will then refer you to our vendor. Mallery Hall LLC will not take part in litigation regarding copyright infringements between manufacturers regarding furniture that Mallery Hall LLC had no part in reproducing. If we are notified by the vendors with documentation warranting true infringement, Mallery Hall LLC will be happy to remove the imagery.
Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer and are generally limited to defects in materials and craftsmanship. The manufacturer's warranty begins when the merchandise is delivered. MALLERY HALL LLC AND THE EUROPEAN HOUSE provides no warranties expressed or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. All such warranties are expressly and specifically disclaimed. MALLERY HALL LLC AND THE EUROPEAN HOUSE shall not be responsible for any indirect, special or consequential damages. Customers that reside in "remote" or other areas not accessible by an authorized restoration center will be responsible for any trip and travel charges incurred in the warranty claim process.
