| Q:What is your return policy? |

| A:We will refund the purchase price or exchange goods returned within 14 days. Returned items must be in their original packaging where applicable and in re-sellable condition. Customers wishing to return items must email us to get an RA# and return instructions in order for a prompt refund to be issued. |
| Q:Do you combine shipping? |
|
| A:Yes, definately! You pay the shipping on the 1st item (the highest shipping cost) and then you can add as many small, light items as you like for no additional shipping charge (USA+CANADA). Small items include: Jewelry, keychains, magnets, stickers, bookmarks, cosmetic bags, compact mirrors,etc. Larger items are discounted according to weight. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:IT DEPENDS ON WHERE YOU LIVE: USA AND CANADA: Standard-GROUND 6-12 business days or Expedited-AIR 4-10 days. If you live on the West Coast, it is often sooner! If it only costs a teeny bit more, we recommend the expedited option as it is very quick. INTERNATIONAL- AIR ONLY. We estimate 2-3 weeks but some customers report it is much quicker. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:Most small, light items ship for $2.95-$5.95. Light, but larger items ship for between $6.75-$9.95. Heavy items start at $11.95 and up depending on where you live. We only charge for actual cost on shipping charges and packaging- there are never any markups or addtl fees and we offer terrific combined shipping discounts on multiple item orders! |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:Yes, for most items...We ship everything to the USA and CANADA. INTERNATIONALLY, we ship most items with the exception of a few very large items that would cost a fortune to ship overseas. If you are an international customer and are unclear of the shipping costs of a particular item or group of items, please email and we can give you a quote. |
| Q:What forms of payment do you accept? |

| A:We accept Paypal on-line where you can use your existing Paypal account or create one for free and use a major credit card or bank account to pay. We also accept Visa and Mastercard by phone- just call toll-free 1-888-94-FAIRY. |
| Q:Do I have to have a Paypal account to buy from you? |

| A:No, although Paypal processes all of our payments, you do not have to have an account to pay us. When you checkout, you will have the option to pay with Visa, M/C, Discover, or Amex without having to open a Paypal accout. |
| Q:Do you accept personal cheques? |

| A:No |
| Q:Do you accept Money Orders? |
|
| A:No, eBay now has a policy in place that no longer allows payment by money order. |
| Q:I really want to buy something but can't pay until next Friday- is that OK? |

| A:As long as you communicate with us- we can work out almost anything. We are happy to hold items for longer if we hear from you and are given a clear expectation of when we will receive your payment. If we do not hear from you, we start to worry after a few days and may issue a NPB warning if you have not responded to our invoices or reminders. |
| Q:Do you have a retail store that I can visit? |

| A:We used to run a kiosk in a local mall and we do set up displays from time to time to promote our website www.therealm.ca, but we are now an exclusively e-commerce business and focus entirely on our eBay and website sales. |
| Q:I live in Victoria- can I pick up my order? |
|
| A:Unfortunately, no. We do not have a storefront where you can pick up orders. All orders for local customers are shipped through Canada Post like all other orders. We are happy to review the shipping rates for local orders because often times, we can adjust them to be lower. Please email prior to making your purchase for a local shipping quote. |
| Q:Will there be any duties or taxes on my order? |

| A:If you live the USA, there are NO TAXES OR DUTIES. If you live in CANADA, there will be 5% GST added to your order total, but there are no duties or brokerage fees which make it a big advantage to shop with us. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: There may be customs duties and or taxes on your order-please consult your local government for more information. |
| Q:How often do you add new products? |

| A:We add new products weekly. There is always something brand new arriving and you should sign up for all of our mailing lists to ensure you receive the latest news on new stock, sales, and promotions. |
