An in-house Brand Specialist will review your items by speaking to you on the phone, through information that is emailed about your items, or by bringing all of your items to the boutique for review at your confidential appointment. Our goal is to buy or sell your luxury designer items quickly while bringing the best value within the pre-owned or new secondary market as fast as possible.
Direct Purchase or Consignment: After working with our Brand Specialist, we will determine if consignment or a direct purchase of your item is the best method depending on the specific item characteristics. For consignment of items, we charge a low 30% consignment fee of the net sale price of your items. Process: You may bring the items that you are looking to sell to the boutique by calling (888) 429-1864 or sending an eBay email to set up a confidential appointment at our location in Laguna Beach, California. In some cases, where a large quantity of items are being sold or consigned, a Brand Specialist will visit you at your location of choice in Southern California to evaluate and deliver the items to the boutique on your behalf . Alternatively, you may pack your items in a box along with the signed merchandising agreement along with your contact information (name, address and phone numbers). Your items are insured while in our possession, but we do suggest you insure them when you mail them for protection while en route to us.
Once we receive your items, they will be inspected for their authenticity and quality and set up for merchandising. The merchandising process includes significant research of the item and market pricing along with the building of a a product description for the listing. Professional photographs of the item at multiple angles are taken in order to showcase the item online in the best possible way. Once this process is completed, the item is uploaded to multiple sites for display and sale.
Marketing Approach: We do utilize eBay for our sales and we are able to maximize the opportunity on behalf of our consignment clients. Our marketing approach is highly targeted to yield the best results.
