Terms & Conditions
The Fine Furniture Co~ operates a 7 day return policy, with the following guidelines.
- All items must be checked on delivery for damages
- Any damages MUST be reported to the driver
- The delivery paperwork must be marked 'DAMAGED IN TRANSIT'
- The seller must be informed of any damages within 48 hours of delivery
- Damaged items must be returned in their original packaging by registered post
- IF THESE TERMS ARE NOT ADHERRED TO THEN THE SELLER ACCEPTS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE
- We will endeavour to replace the item or part of the item at the earliest possible opportunity
- If the item is signed for as 'GOOD' and later found to be damaged we will not accept liability for the damage
If you purchase an item and decide you wish to return it, the following applies.
- You are legally entitled to a 7 day “cooling off” period.
- You the buyer have 7 days to return the item to us, registered mail, at your own cost in brand new unused condition and in the original packaging, undamaged.
- A 10% service charge will be deducted from all refunds
- Delivery of items can be from 9am to 6pm
- AVAILABILITY: The majority of stock is in stock or available within 21 working days, however due to popular demand items in this range can take longer.
