Thanks so much for checking in to The Fishpaw Lounge! Please note that since most of what we sell is vintage and/or pre-owned, it is sometimes a mystery as to the life an item has led before we rescued it.  The Fishpaw Lounge is a non-smoking environment, but that doesn't mean that an item originated in a smoke free place.  There are 8 cats in The Fishpaw Lounge, but none are allowed near the stock, but if a stray cat hair floats onto your item, please forgive us.  We do our best to describe odors and other flaws to their fullest.  We will NEVER sell you something that we wouldn't wear or use ourselves.  However, if we make a mistake, please contact us so we can remedy the situation in a pleasant, communicative manner.

 As a rule, we only grant returns for grossly misrepresented items.  Measurements are always listed, and if you need more, just ask.  We can and will not refund for buyers remorse.  If your transaction is subject to a return you may receive either a partial or a full refund depending on the circumstances, however, the amount refunded will be for the purchase price only...shipping is not included.  The buyer is responsible for returning the item (at their own expense) in it's origninal condition, before a refund can be granted.
