I was hesitant to purchase such a large and expensive piece of equipment. I say expensive, but it was only a fraction of the cost new. Amazingly, it came packaged in such a way it couldn't even get dust on it. The Arc Trainer looks absolutely new and feels and even smells new. More importantly, it functions like new! It is a remarkable machine and I knew that before I purchased it. The seller has 100 percent positive feedback for a reason. They are very responsive!
