Paypal is easy! You can even pay with your credit card through PayPal.

All in state residents within our state of Colorado will be charged state and/or local sales tax at the time of checkout.

Payment must be received within 4 days of the close of any auction. If buyer is unable to pay within 4 days, The Gear Movement must be contacted regarding the timing of payment. If payment is not received within 4 days of the auction end and/or The Gear Movement has not been contacted regarding payment, your item will be relisted for other buyers to purchase.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped within 48 business hours of a completed payment.

We do our best to offer competitive shipping & handling charges with each auction. We package each item with care in our professional shipping department. The Gear Movement reserves the right to utilize the most effecient carrier services available for your shipment.

USA DOMESTIC (48 STATES):

• All domestic shipments are charged a flat rate that includes shipping, handling, and insurance fees (when applicable).
• All small packages under 2lbs will be shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail Service.
• Packages weighing over 2lbs will be shipped via UPS Ground Service unless otherwise stated.
• Alaska & Hawaii - Additional shipping fees may apply, please contact us before bidding if you live in these areas.

INTERNATIONAL:

• The Gear Movement utilizes the most efficient service available for all international shipments. Shipping charges include postage, handling, insurance (when applicable), and fuel surcharges. Customer is responsible for any duties, taxes, and brokerage charges that may be assessed by the carrier at the time of delivery. (Please contact us for international shipping discounts!!! - discounts vary depending upon location)
• The Gear Movement reserves the right to select the shipping carrier for any order.
• All items sold for $300.00US and over will be shipped via UPS Expedited International Service and insured for full value.
• Shipping times will vary depending upon destination and subject to delays due to customs inspection. It is our experience that customs departments can delay any package for up to 45 days.
• Canadian buyers - Before bidding, please inquire about our postage rates to Canada. Before paying, please request a new invoice and we will adjust rates accordingly. *Some items do not apply.
• Attention Russian & Brazilian Buyers - We can no longer ship to these countries. Packages tend to get lost or stolen when shipping to these destinations. Thank you for your understanding.

INSURANCE CLAIMS:

• The Gear Movement requires notifaction of a damaged package within 7 days upon delivery.
• Original packing materials must be kept for insurance inspection.
• Failure to notify The Gear Movement within this time period and/or failure to present the original packing materials to the carrier will invalidate the insurance claim.
• The Gear Movement is not responsible for reimbursing the customer for items damaged in shipment unless a claim is processed and denied by the carrier.

SHIPPING DISCOUNTS:

• We offer combined shipping discounts on multiple orders ($2 for each addition item purchased).
• If you are buying multiple items, please wait to pay until you are done shopping. Once you are done shopping, please request a new invoice from our store with combined shipping discounts.
• If you purchase more than one item from us, they may arrive in separate packages.

RETURNS

We must be contacted within 7 days upon receiving your Gear for returns to be valid. Please email us at: support@thegearmovement.com with any concerns regarding your item(s).

We do our best to accurately describe each and every item. However, we are human and there are occasional errors on our part. We take full responsiblity for such mistakes.

The Gear Movement is not responsible for issues concerning the fit of an item. Buyers are responsible for knowing their size requirements and are encouraged to visit a local dealer test if in doubt. Please do not bid if you are uncertain about sizing.

We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for returns due to improper fit issues, or issues out of our control.

A 5-star rating is important to our small business, please contact us with any concerns you may have before leaving low ratings. We promise to do our best to remedy the situation.

Validated returns are accepted for a full refund.
