Received this laptop and I was pleased with my purchase. Securely packaged and better than described. However there was an issue with the charger. I contacted the seller and they were in contact with me the next day and addressed the problem by shipping a different charger the very same day. The laptop meets all my needs and there is the bonus that there is an extended manufacturer warranty still active on this laptop, which I didn't expect but am happy to have. A+ seller.
