The Great Big Bead Shop Terms and Conditions
We accept the following forms of payment:
PayPal: If you wish to pay by credit or debit card, please select PayPal as your method of payment.
Direct Bank Transfer: We can accept direct transfers into our business account. Please contact us for the sort code and account number if you wish to pay in this manner.
Cheques and Postal Orders: Please make cheques and P.O.s out to The Great Big Bead Shop and send to The Great Big Bead Shop, 177 Armadale, Near Thurso, Scotland KW14 7SA.
All orders placed before 10.30am Monday to Friday will be sent out the same working day (excluding Scottish public holidays). Orders are sent out by Royal Mail 24 (equivalent to first class) or Royal Mail Airmail and delivery will normally be 1-5 working days after dispatch for the UK and 7-14 working days for overseas.
POSTAGE & PACKAGING
UK orders (including Highlands & Islands) with a value of less than £30 are charged at a flat rate of £1.00. UK orders totalling £30 or more are sent free of charge. European orders are a flat rate of £4.00 and the rest of the world £6.00, although exceptionally heavy items such as the packs of 100 charm bracelets and tool kits are excluded from this. All orders are sent out in bubble-padded envelopes or cardboard boxes and will be suitably packed to minimise the risk of any damage in transit.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Your order is covered by both the Distance Selling Regulations and the Sale Of Goods Act. You may return part or all of your order to us for a refund for any reason, all that we ask is that you inform us of your intention to do so within 7 working days of receiving it and that you return it to us in the same condition it arrived with you. We have a Freepost address for UK customers - please contact us for details before returning your item. We recommend that you get a Proof of Posting (free) from the Post Office as this will enable you to claim for the cost of the item should it go missing on its way back to us.
LOST IN POST
It's rare, but unfortunately items sometimes do get lost in the post. If you have not received your order within 10 working days (2 weeks) of the dispatch date for the UK and 15 working days (3 weeks) for overseas, please let us know. We will provide a refund or replace the items if available.
FOR BUSINESS CUSTOMERS
We are VAT registered (VAT Reg. No. 975 9057 66). If you require a VAT invoice please email us on email@example.com and we will provide one.
We will never pass on your information to any other party unless required to by the police or other authorities as part of a criminal investigation. Any data stored is used solely to process your transaction. We do not have any access to your credit card information; if you choose to pay by card all processing is done by Paypal.
