Do you combine shipping?
I combine shipping on multiple purchases as long as I can package them safely & securely in 1 box. I refund overpayment of shipping costs.
In a rare case where it will cost less not to combine shipping I will notify you.
If you would like a shipping quote before purchase -please email me.
If making multiple purchases-please hold payment until an invoice can be sent.
If you feel you have been charged unfairly-please notify me before leaving feedback.
Store and Return Policies:
Please read descriptions carefully. Items are sold as is.I am not an expert on all the items being sold-but I do my best to describe them to the best of my ability and as thoroughly as I can. Please ask questions in case I missed a point in the description. If a refund is due-the buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges. I will only refund the amount of the item purchased. The item is to be returned exactly in the condition it was received.
Shipping Time:
I ship daily, excluding Sunday and Holidays. I ship within 24 hours of receiving payment. Items may ship same day if payment is received in time for me to package and mail them.
If there is the possibility I cannot ship in 24 hours I will notify you.
Shipping Services:
All orders will be shipped USPS. Light packages-First Class, heavier packages-Priority. On Priority I will always check to see which option is the least expensive-whether it be regular Priority or Flat Rate. In a very rare case it may be Parcel Post.
International orders will be shipped USPS.- 4lbs or under will be First Class International(unless you request Priority), over 4lbs will be Priority International.
Flat Rate Priority will be used if it is less expensive than the regular.
Custom/duty fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
All orders will receive an email when your order is sent. In US-if your order has not been received in 10 days please email me.
International orders-if your purchase has not been received in a reasonable time-please email me (usually 10-14 days).
Handling Fees:
I charge between $.50 to $1.00 for US orders and between $1.00-$1.50 for International orders.
These fees depend on the cost of the item and helps offset cost of packaging & PayPal fees.
Packaging Materials:
I reuse boxes and packing materials when I can. The shipping envelopes are made from recycled material. I use biodegradable packing peanuts. The USPS Priority shipping boxes are certified Cradle-to-Cradle-a certification that guarantees their sustainability and minimal environmental impact.
Please reuse or recycle any of the packaging that you can.
Payment:
PayPal Preferred-but if in the US and you would prefer not to use PayPal or pay by credit card through PayPal, I do offer other options. Please email me for more information.
International buyers: I can only accept payment through PayPal.
On any purchase I expect to hear from the buyer within 3 days of the purchase and receive payment within 7-10 days.
Purchase can be combined as long as they are within a week of each other.
