RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
- RETURN CONDITIONS
- Wrong item shipped or defective items are eligible for a full refund
and NO restocking fee
- International and Canada returns are not accepted
- All other returns are charged a 10% restock fee to cover expenses related
to processing the return and relisting the item
- Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returns unless The Hitch-N-Post
is in error
- All items must be returned in the original condition with all original
packaging and the original box
- Please try on the shoes on carpet or a surface that does not soil or
damage the outsoles
- RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
- Request a Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) by contacting us through
the ebaY message system or hitch-n-post@comcast.net
- The Hitch-N-Post service team will send you a RMA e-mail with instructions
to return the item.
- The RMA e-mail must be enclosed with the returned item(s)
- RETURN PROCESSING
- Refunds are issued via PayPal or to credit card within 3 business days
of receipt of item in our returns department in Augusta, Georgia
- EXCHANGES
- Due to limited inventory and the nature of our business model, we generally
do not permit exchanges
