, after we receive your email we will promptly send you a RMA number with return address information after the item has been verified defective by X10 technical support. The item is to be returned to the address indicated in the return email at your cost with the return authorization number clearly marked on the outside of the box. This warranty is valid for one year from date of PayPal transaction. The Home Automation Store cannot take responsibility for any damages that may be done to other components in reference to any warranty claim.
