| Payment |
Our preferred payment is PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. A PayPal account is not necessary for credit card payment. If you wish to pay by check or money order, please contact us before bidding. 7.75% CA sales tax will be added to any payment of check or money order. |
| Fees |
Handlings fees range from $1 to $5 per shipping container. Most transaction will only be charged $1. Some items require custom boxes and packing material which will increase the handling fee. |
| Shipping |
Humble Folks will ship to any location around the world. All items are shipped by USPS or UPS. Insurance will be added to any international order or orders over $100. Shipping is based on weight and distance. |
| Delivery |
Please allow 3-5 business days for shipment after your payment clears. Tracking numbers are available for USPS Priority Mail shipments and UPS shipments. |
| Refunds & Returns |
DAMAGED ITEMS: Refunds/Exchanges will be given if your item arrives damaged. You must cooperate with USPS or UPS if there is an insurance investigation. DISSATISFED: If you are not happy with the item, you can return the item at your own expense and less a 25% restocking fee. |
