The pen is stunning, beautiful even more so in person. Packaging is handled professionally. Delivery time very fast. The customer service and help given is worth more than the pen itself. Its rare to find an online store with a buying experience better than that of an actual physical boutique. Great communication, very helpful. As described, Parker 61 9k Presidential Ball Point Pen. Well packaged with multiple layers of bubble wrap to protect in shipping. Delayed in receiving item, seller re-sent, apparently they mixed up the packages & initially sent to another customer!!! Expensive shipping considering lengthy delay/ wait in receiving!!! Improved communication from seller would be very helpful!!! Recommend seller. Thank you, GDFG.
