Yes in most cases we are able to manufacture matching earrings, anklets, bracelets and necklaces. We are always happy to make requested items for no obligation listings. Please contact us using Ask seller a question with your requests.
HOW MUCH IS POSTAGE AND HANDLING ?
We post orders using eParcel Express Delivery for all orders over $50.00 and Regular Post (for a cheaper alternative) These options are available at checkout. We do ask that all our customers seriously consider using the eParcel Express for delivery. For orders using our Australia Post business parcel post system called eParcel Express: your delivery is registered, insured and express post, which is $7.95 anywhere in Australia. This delivery is a courier service and all parcels need to be signed for. If there is no-one to sign for your delivery the parcel is taken to your local and nearest Australia Post Office. The postman will leave a card.
We gift wrap all items free of charge.

CAN I COMBINE SHIPPING COSTS FOR MULTIPLE PURCHASES?
All items that you purchase from The Jewel Shop will be charged at the postage and handling fee of one item.
Please wait till you have finished shopping with us and request a total from seller before you checkout so we can combine and remove any postage costs for the cheapest postage rates.
I HAVE ALREADY CHECKED OUT CAN I BUY ANOTHER ITEM FOR COMBINED POSTAGE PLEASE?
Yes we will always combine your postage costs although once you checkout we are not able to combine your invoices. In this case we will remove the postage costs for you from your next purchase and send multiple invoices with one flat postage cost. Please contact us if you need to combine postage costs and request a total from seller.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE POSTED TO ME ?
We post all orders within 24hours of receiving payment and usually the same day when payments are received before 2pm. We post every business week day Monday to Friday. We will always notify you by email when we have received your payment and when we have posted your order.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I DON'T RECEIVE MY ITEM ?
If you have not received your item within seven business days of your postage notification email, please contact us as soon as possible and we will have our Australia Post business account manager follow up with a track and trace on your behalf. |
