Q: Your listing says free delivery confirmation, why isn't the shipping listed as FREE?
A:
Delivery confirmation is a form of tracking through the US Postal Service. It is NOT the same as free shipping.
Q: I bid on one of your items, but I don't want it/can't afford it/my 3 year old bid on it/my pet hamster died and I have to go to the funeral and I can't pay...
A: YOUR BID IS A CONTRACT! On Ebay, it costs sellers both TO LIST as well as to SELL an item. When you back out of an auction, we are stuck with those fees! If you do not pay for your item, an unpaid item dispute will be opened against you, and negative feedback will be left. Ebay is not a game, SO DON'T BID IF YOU CAN'T PAY!
Q: How can I pay for my item?
A: We prefer Paypal. PAYPAL E-CHECKS MUST CLEAR AS WELL - IF YOU PAY VIA E-CHECK KEEP THAT IN MIND! PAYMENT IS DUE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF AUCTION END. After 7 days the item will be filed with Ebay as unpaid, negative feedback will be left, and the item will be re-listed.
Q: If I pay via PayPal can you ship the item to someone else? It's a gift.
A: If you'd like us to ship your item to someone else, their address must show on your paypal payment (not just in the notes). WE ACCEPT PAYMENTS FROM AND SHIP TO THE ADDRESS THAT SHOWS ON THE PAYMENT ONLY!
Q: I live near you, can I come by and pick this up?
A: We are not able to accommodate local pick-up of any items, sorry.
Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: When your item ships you will receive an email confirmation. Your item generally will be shipped out within 72 hours. SOME OF OUR ITEMS ARE "PRESALE" ITEMS AND SHIPPING TIME IS LISTED IN THESE AUCTIONS. MEDIA MAIL CAN TAKE 1-2 WEEKS, and sometimes even LONGER. Please be patient, and feel free to email us anytime regarding concerns with the arrival of your item. Currently we do not leave feedback immediately upon payment of the item. As we believe that our responsibility goes beyond just dropping an item into the mail, a buyer has a responsibility to work with the seller regarding any issues that may arise, and their obligation does not end with payment alone. Please note - shipping insurance is not refundable. The post office does not give refunds when items arrive safely.
Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: We are glad to combine shipping whenever possible. All items must be paid in one single paypal payment to qualify.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! Please email us with a shipping quote for your particular country BEFORE YOU BID. IF YOU PAY A "RANDOM" SHIPPING AMOUNT WITHOUT ASKING US FIRST, WE WILL REFUND YOUR PAYMENT. International items generally take 2-4 business days to be shipped. Items are shipped via USPS Air Mail and generally take about 1-4 WEEKS to arrive, but the wait can be considerably longer if the item is tied up in customs. We ship International orders at least 3-4 times per week.
INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS PLEASE NOTE: THERE IS A PACKAGING AND HANDLING FEE ADDED TO EVERY INTERNATIONAL ORDER. THEREFORE, WHEN YOU RECEIVE YOUR ITEM, THE AMOUNT SHOWN ON THE SHIPPING LABEL WILL NOT BE THE SAME AS WHAT YOU PAID. Shipping internationally is very costly and time consuming for us. If you do not agree with the shipping quote given to you before you bid, do not bid on the item. WE OFFER OUR ITEMS FOR A VERY LOW PRICE, YOU NEED TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT THE ITEM PRICE AND SHIPPING COST WHEN DECIDING IF THE ITEM IS A GOOD VALUE FOR YOU.
Q: Will you mark my International item as a gift?
A: NO. We list the actual price of the item (not including shipping) only. NOTE - BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS FEES resulting from receipt of the item. We use USPS for our International orders and they seem to have the lowest fees, but we can't guarantee that you won't be charged any fees for your item.
Q: I don't see the item I've been looking for listed, can you find it for me?
A: Feel free to email us with special requests. If we can find your item, we can create a special buy it now auction just for you!
Q: What is your return policy, I changed my mind?
A: Returns are valid only on items in same condition (tags on, sealed) as when sent. Original, as well as return shipping charges will not be refunded, unless the return is due to our mistake. Item must be returned and inspected by us before a refund is issued. Please contact us BEFORE you send you item back. ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS WITH DELIVERY CONFIRMATION. Item must be sent back via USPS first class or media mail, and not sent priority or overnight. If you use an unauthorized shipping method you will not be refunded in full. Opened items cannot be refunded, only exchanged for the same title.
Q: My sealed item arrived damaged/defective, what do I do now?
A: WE RECOMMEND SHIPPING INSURANCE! If your item was insured, please save all shipping materials, as these will be necessary when presenting your item at the post office.
If your item arrived damaged or defective, we will replace the item, depending on item availability, if you contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. However, THE ORIGINAL DEFECTIVE ITEM MUST BE RETURNED TO US WITHIN 7 DAYS, WITH DELIVERY CONFIRMATION BEFORE we will issue any replacement. Email us with the delivery confirmation number, and we will refund your return shipping (shipping must be via USPS and not priority or express mail, any other methods will not be refunded in full). OPENED ITEMS CAN ONLY BE EXCHANGED NOT REFUNDED.
Q: Your prices are so low, are your items real US Versions or bootleg copies?
A: Our DVDs are genuine, US Retail versions, the same as you would find at your local electronics store.
Q: Do you leave feedback?
A: We are happy to leave feedback once it is received. Due to the increasing amount of fraudulent buyers on Ebay, we are not able to leave feedback first. Please respect this policy, and please feel free to send a reminder once you have left feedback. We generally update feedback every 1-2 weeks.
Q: How can I contact you?
A: Feel free to email us through eBay's messaging system (please include item number). We check email multiple times per day, and if you don't receive a response within 1 day (or by the next business day if a weekend), check to see if you're emailing the correct seller, check your junk mail folder, and try again.
