Recently a '0' feedback bidder failed to complete their sale.
Obviously all bidders have to start somewhere so while I do not prevent new bidders from purchasing from me, I require that they complete the purchase immediately by Paypal upon winning the item. 

If you are a '0' feedback bidder and are not happy to do this, and have already bid before reading this you may withdraw your current bid.  Alternatively if you are a 'Newbie' contact me before bidding and we may be able to come to another arrangement about payment.

I am making these suggestions in order that I do not have to block all '0' bidders from my items therefore spoiling it for genuine newbies.
