I am an reseller of overstock and liquidated items from major online retailers. In most cases the items are new, however due to the nature of the acquisition, the package may be damaged or show other forms of wear. Apart from the packaging, the condition of the items being sold is described in the listing. I am not authorized merchant or reseller of any item offered for sale, therefore I cannot offer a warranty or settle warranty claims for the manufacturer. Any statement or descriptions included in the listing about the functionality of the product, other than those concerning "condition", are my interpretation of information derived form the packaging or other available sources.
I do not accept returns. All sales are final.
Exceptions: The item you received is substantially not as described in the listing, damaged other than noted in the listing, defective, or wrong item. I will not offer refunds for damage caused by the customer use, neglect or dissatisfaction with functionality or a product unless the item is actually defective upon receipt.
All claims for returns must be made within 7 (seven) days of delivery. The item must be returned at the purchaser's expense within 10 days. Once the claim is verified, an exchange will be made for the item and return shipping will be refunded. If an exact substitute is not available, a credit or refund will be offered including shipping costs. Any item returned without prior approval (including refused delivery), or that is not as otherwise stated above - defective, non-functional, or incorrect, will be forfeited by the purchaser -no refund or credit will be given. There will be a minimum service charge of $10 or 10% of the original purchase price, whichever is greater, plus shipping costs to return the item to the purchaser. If an item is listed "as is", damaged or non-functional, all sales are final - there are no returns.
