Shipping: All items are shipped within 24 hours of payment (monday morning for weekend orders). We typically use USPS Priority mail unless free shipping or otherwise specified. Each additional item will ship for only $2 more (highest shipping will be paid of chosen items). A new invoice will be issued within 24 hours of your order reflecting discounts.
Low Price Guarantee: If you find the same item which we sell in our store for a lower price on Ebay, we will beat that price by 10%. This offer is available only on New Buy it Now items. The price comparison will be based on the combined price and shipping of the item. If you find an item currently listed or which has sold in the last 30 days which is the same, please email me the item Number. I will issue a invoice for that item reflecting your 10% extra discount on top of that items price. If you see the same item selling for a lower price anywhere on Ebay up to 30 days after your purchase, email me with the item number and I will refund the difference plus 10% to your Paypal Account. Bid knowing that no matter what you will get it for the lowest price on Ebay right here at The Little Red Barn Gift Shop.
Returns: Returns will be accepted on all items marked as new within 15 days of the day I ship. If you have any problem with your purchase contact me and we can discuss what course of action you would like to take. The item must be shipped in the same condition which it was received.If I decide to send a replacement item, that item will be shipped free of charge. Please note that I cannot refund your shipping so please make sure you want what you are purchasing. Used items may not be returned unless you feel, and I agree, that my description of the item was inaccurate, as to origin, age, maker, etc... We do our best to give you a complete description of the item you are buying. If it does not arrive in that condition it is likely the Post office who brought about the change in condition. Your only recourse for replacement will be through Postal insurance so please take it when offered, and ask for it if it is not.
Unpaid items/ Cancelled Bids: In the event you mistakenly bid on an item please Cancel your bid through Ebay. When you place a bid you are entering into a legally binding contract, so do so with caution. If you are unsuccessful in canceling the bid and win the item, Please contact me immediately. I can arrange to send you an invoice for the Ebay selling fees I have incurred, which if paid will keep me from reporting item as unpaid and resulting in negative feedback and possible legal action. All unpaid items will receive negative feedback.
