Our business hours: We are open Monday through Thursday 9 am to 9 pm, Friday 9am to 5 pm.(est) - items that are paid for or won on Fridays will be shipped on Monday. We are closed Saturday & Sunday, and all major Holidays. Any items won over the weekend are usually prepared for shipment Sunday night and shipped out Monday (there are some exceptions).
RETURN POLICY: Listings will indicate the time period when items can be returned. Those that do not state a time period; it is automatically 30 days for returns. Buyer pays for return shipping on all items purchased. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Thanks for looking and come back soon. |
