First of all, we
don’t make money on the shipping charges. We only charge you what the post office
charges us. We do not charge a handling fee and we do not charge for the
packing materials. We usually ship all items on the next working day but please
allow up to 48 hours for shipment. As soon as your package has been shipped you
will receive a confirmation email confirming the method of shipping and any
applicable reference numbers.

When
we ship an item it will usually arrive in the target country the next day.
Possible delays then include customs, slow domestic service, poor service (such
as not leaving a notice after an attempted delivery) as is often the case. If
you have not received your package in the time frame specified in the email or
on the listing, first contact your domestic postal service and check to see if
there have been any attempted deliveries at your address or if they are holding
a package for you. If not, then please contact us via eBay. We will respond
quickly and do our best to assist you in acquiring your package. We have an
excellent shipping record and are regarded as a fast shipper (see our

to the USA, UK and Canada comes with the following

days standard small package – non track-able standard letter post – registered delivery

+ $1.50US – suitable for packages under 0.4kg (0.88lbs)
10-14
days AIR – online track-able – suitable for packages over 0.5kg (1.1lbs).
22-23
days SAL (Surface Air Lifted) – suitable for packages over 1kg (2.2lbs).
4-5
days EMS (Express Mail Service) – expensive but
becomes cost effective with packages over 7kg (15.4lbs)

to other countries.
We
ship worldwide*. Shipping to countries other than the USA, UK
and Canada
is handled on an individual basis. If you would like a quote, please message us
with specific information as to what you want to buy and to which country you
wish it to be sent. Registered delivery is required for countries other than
the USA, UK and Canada.
Time frames for shipping and shipping options differ from country to country.

The shipping address registered with eBay must match that registered
with the PayPal account you use for payment.
Our Payment Policy
We only accept PayPal as payment.
However, PayPal accepts all major credit and debit cards. Immediate payment is
required unless requesting a combined shipping invoice, in which case invoices
are to be paid promptly. You will receive a confirmation email once payment is
received. Your package will usually be shipped within 24
hours of receipt of payment although please allow up to 48 hours. You will
receive a shipping confirmation email once shipping is completed. Please read
the email as it contains specific information regarding your package.
Our Returns Policy
If you are unhappy with the item(s) you have
received, for any reason, please contact us. We view each case on an individual
basis and are happy to work with you to ensure you are happy with your
purchase. If you wish to return anything to us for a refund, you must notify us
within 14 days of receipt of your item. Items MUST be in their original sealed
packaging and in perfect condition. If there is any change in the condition of
the item, in any way, a refund will not be issued and the buyer will be liable
for shipping costs to get the item back. If you are returning the item due to
an error by us, we will pay for the return shipping. However, if you are
returning the item due to a change of mind or unsuitability of the item despite
the necessary information being on the listing, we will not pay for the return
shipping. We will refund the original shipping cost and we do not charge any
'restocking fees'. Again, you MUST notify us first if you wish to return an
item.
