We offer reduced shipping and handling fees when you order multiple items at the same time. We ship most items within five business days of receipt of payment. All goods are shipped via the Australian Postal Service. About a fifth of our business is with overseas clients. The USA, Canada, Singapore and New Zealand have special trade agreements with Australia, whereby Australian goods do not get taxed or customs cleared upon entry. This means zero hassle upon receipt of one of our parcels; which take only a week or two to arrive.
We accept PayPal. And for Australian clients: Post Office Money Orders or cash on pickup. If buying weapons with Post Office Money Orders, please include a photocopy of some ID for proof of age.
We pride ourselves on good customer care; your enquiries will be answered in a timely manner. We offer a no-questions-asked refund on any returned goods, this includes damaged items. We even refund all postage.
Sellers have the right to set their own prices independently, but some manufacturers place restrictions on how these prices will be displayed or communicated to others.
