SHIPPING (U.S. AND CANADA):
1. With the purchase of a qualifying item (including payment of postage on that item), you can select from hundreds of items in my bonus free shipping category with NO ADDED POSTAGE. The qualifying items are typically scrapbooks, organizers, many page kits, and tools. Any item that qualifies you for the free shipping bonus will be marked as such in the item description.
2. If you do not purchase a qualifying item, you can still select from the hundreds of items in the bonus category but you will pay a $4.95 flat rate shipping charge. This rate covers as few or as many items as you would like. With the purchase of several items, this is a very good value! Please do not request that I mail one small item at a cheaper rate. I can no longer accommodate these requests. I do offer a wide variety of items in my store and hope that you will be able to find a number of items that you can use and enjoy!!
3. If neither of these programs apply and for International Customers, I always package and weigh items together to make sure you get the most economical shipping rates. A lot of times the eBay system cannot auto-calculate the best rate. Please wait for me to send you an invoice with the correct shipping. Refunding overpayments of shipping is time consuming and extra Paypal fees are incurred. I am always happy to provide quotes if requested.
