is our only accepted method of payment. If you wish to use a credit card
or electronic bank draft, you may do so through PayPal.
* We do not accept money orders, cashiers' checks, wire transfers, or cash.
* PLEASE make sure your eBay shipping address is correct BEFORE you check out.
* Shipping costs can be calculated on the Shipping Tab of each item for the United States and Canada only. We DO NOT ship to other international addresses. Most orders are shipped within 1 business day of receipt of payment. Insurance is included with all packages shipped via UPS. If your order is sent via UPS or USPS Priority Mail, you should receive an e-mail confirmation with a tracking number so you can track your package.
* If you buy multiple items from us, shipping costs can be combined to save you money. In most cases, this is done automatically, but if you have a question, please contact us BEFORE YOU PAY and we will send you an invoice. Shipping discounts are only available when you complete your purchases with a single payment.

| General Notes Processing and Handling: Please add 1-2 business days for order processing. Orders that are made and paid by 5pm are generally shipped out on the next business day. Delays: Please note that once an order leaves our warehouse, we cannot control shipping transit time. Delays could arise due to UPS/USPS service disruptions or inclement weather. Guarantees: With the exception of UPS 2nd Day air, NONE of the following shipping methods are guaranteed. We DO NOT guarantee shipping times. These figures are simply estimates based on normal conditions. If your package is late, you will need to take it up with the shipping company directly. |
| USPS First Class Usually the least expensive option, but only available on smaller items weighing 13 oz. or less. Average delivery time 3-7 days. |
| USPS Priority Mail A good cost-effective option for heavier items. Average delivery time 3-5 days. |
| USPS Priority Mail International - Canada only Delivery time is usually 7-14 days, based on location, but can take longer depending on customs and other variables beyond our control. |
| UPS 2nd Day Air If you need your package fast, this option guarantees delivery in 2 business days. If you live in the western United States, please consider using UPS Ground, which isn't guaranteed, but is often just as fast - or faster - than 2nd Day Air (see UPS Ground, below). |
| UPS Ground UPS Ground is usually the least expensive option for heavier items. Delivery times vary from 1-6 days. The map below depicts normal (non-guaranteed) shipping times from our Utah warehouse. If you are located in the western United States, UPS Ground is usually just as fast as 2nd Day Air, but at a much more affordable cost.

Yes, if shipped to Utah. Sales tax will be automatically added to your order.
We will not accept returns on personal care items, food items, custom made jewelry, and any replacement part that has been installed (vacuum belts, motor parts, etc). For other items, returns are accepted in the original packaging for a 15% restocking fee, so please make sure you are purchasing the correct item. We will not refund shipping.
