Frequently Asked Questions & Facts about templates
I have compiled the most common questions asked about using templates and some not so common details that template buyers should be aware of when considering/purchasing templates.
Will I be the only Ebayer using this design or will others be sold like it?
Unless a seller notes the design as O.O.A.K (one of a kind) typically the design will be sold several times over, or in limited quantities if noted.
How long or how often can I use my template?
You can use your template indefinitely and an unlimited amount of times. Upon listing an item Ebay will ask if you would like to save the template for future use, this is a good idea as you won't have to copy and paste the template for each use and if you accidentally erase the template on your computer you have it stored for backup.
I accidentally deleted my template from my computer what do I do now?
Don't worry, if you did not purchase the cd backup disc, I keep all mine saved on file, though I do not know if other sellers do so. This has happens often, just message me with your email address, ebay ID you purchased it under, an the design name and I will meail you teh template, at no cost.
I am unsure about what wording to put in place of the your name here?
Generally buyers put their ebay ID or store name. If you do not have a store and not fond of your ebay ID you can choose just to put Welcome or Welcome to my auction. Some buyers also put in a name or phrase that depicts the items they sell even though it is not their ebay ID or store name which is fine. Just be sur if you chang your ebay ID after you purchase/recieve your template the links for about me, feedback etc will no longer function as they are coded to your ebay ID at the time of purchase. Be sure to change your id prior to purchase to mak sure it is available, and so your links will function.
