Returns:

New items may be returned up to 7 days after receipt. All non-defective returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging with manuals, manufacturer documents, and registration cards intact. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Purchaser is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Within 7 days of purchase, we will replace or refund, at our sole discretion, any product that is deemed defective. After 7 days all sales are final and the manufacturer's warranty process must be followed.

Non-new items (including, but not limited to: magazines and CDs) are sold “as-is” and are not eligible for return.

Items damaged or lost in transit are eligible for refund only if shipping insurance was purchased at time of payment.
