• We will gladly accept returns for a 100% money back guarantee on purchases if not fully satisfied (excluding any shipping charges)
• Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges
• If you received "free" or discounted shipping on your original order and have chosen to return merchandise, you will be responsible for our, The Modern Pillows shipping charges to get the original order to you. We will provide proof of shipping cost to you. We will then deduct that amount from your refund along with any other appropriate and necessary deductions • All returns must be postmarked and mailed within 14 days of receiving order or your return will be denied.
• Merchandise must be returned and received in the same condition as originally shipped or refund will be denied
• It is mandatory that you contact us prior to returning merchandise for a return authorization number. If order is returned without a return authorization number, your return and refund will be denied
