Q:I have paid with an eCheck. Why has my item not shipped?
A:Per PayPal policy, item(s) can be shipped AFTER funds are available in our PayPal account. Bank processing times (3-10 business days) for eChecks vary by the customer's country.
Q:How can I check the status of my payment in PayPal?
A:Log in to your PayPal account. On the My Account page, you'll see your most recent account activity. Check the Status column for more details. If it indicates *COMPLETED*, payment has been received and transaction is complete. eCheck payments will show as *PENDING*
Q:What are the customs duties/ import taxes on this item?
A:Please contact your local customs agency/ government office to verify the import duties and customs charges. We are unable to assist you with this information.
Q:Will you mark the package as a GIFT or declare a lower value to avoid customs duty?
A:We DO NOT provide customers with a false invoice that reflects lower item price or mark items as GIFTS to avoid customs duties. This is considered Illegal Activity by eBay and bears serious consequences.
Q:Do I have to pay customs duties, taxes and local handling fees on this item?
A:For all international orders, all local taxes, duties (import & customs) and handling charges must be paid by customer.
Q:What can I do if I have not received the item significantly AFTER the transit period is over?
A:(a) Contact neighbors or building supervisor (for apartments) and verify that your package was not delivered in your absence. (b) Contact local mail carrier. Local post office details can be obtained at http://usps.whitepages.com/. (c) If package is still not available, contact shipping company and open an investigation.
Q:Can I have the items shipped to different address that is NOT in my PayPal records?
A:NO. Items can be shipped only to the address that appears in your PayPal records (NO EXCEPTIONS). You can however, add a new address to your eBay and PayPal account BEFORE completing your purchase.
Q:What shipping methods do you use?
A:We use FedEx and US Postal Service. Low weight items are shipped by US Postal Service; heavier items are shipped by FedEx. If available, tracking details are provided as soon as the item is shipped.
Q:Do you offer guaranteed delivery date?
A:Guaranteed delivery is available only by FedEx. Request a quote via eBay mail system. Provide the following information: - Item Details (eBay Item# - color & size, if applicable). - Quantity for each item. - Ship To Country/ ZIP/ Post Code (to calculate the shipping cost). - Preferred FedEx shipping method (see listing for options).
Q:Do you offer next day or express air shipping?
A:Most of our items can be shipped next day or express. Please see the Shipping Information section in the listing. If guaranteed delivery date is required, it is available only via FedEx.
Q:Do you ship to post office box, APO, or FPO addresses
A:Yes. Shipping is available only by US Postal Service shipping methods.
Q:Why have I not received a response to my email?
A:All communication with us must be via eBay mail system. We endeavor to respond to all communication within 1 business day. However, we are unable to respond to any communication that is not received via eBay mail system. If you did not receive our response, either we did not receive your email or our response is in your spam folder.
Q:What is your return/ exchange policy?
A:Due to personal hygiene & warranty violation issues, breast pumps, breastfeeding parts, accessories & intimate apparel CAN NOT be returned or exchanged (NO EXCEPTIONS). If applicable, other items with unbroken seal/packaging may be returned in 14 days at buyers cost. Buyer MUST obtain RMA before shipping. Restocking fees apply.
Q:How can I get combined shipping cost?
A:OPTION 1 Purchase (check-out) ALL items and request for invoice. OPTION 2 Request for invoice (including shipping cost) by providing eBay item number (including size/ color, if applicable), quantity for each item, country/ship to ZIP and request for an invoice. PayPal e-mail address is required.
Q:When can I expect my order to arrive?
A:Items are shipped AFTER receipt of payment in our PayPal account. STOCK ITEMS are shipped within 1 business day; CUSTOM ORDERS within 7-8 business days. ADD 5-10 business days for eCheck payments. A:We are unable to assist or provide replacement for packages that show confirmation of delivery. We recommend SHIPPING INSURANCE for guaranteed coverage. Q:Do you provide warranty on your products?
A:If applicable, warranty information is provided along with the respective product listing. Certain products do not qualify for warranty or returns.
