1. Price, Product Description, Collateral, and Sizing Information
Price
- Prices quoted are in US Dollars.
- Prices include packaging.
- Prices do not include any shipping, handling, or local taxes, and customs duties (international customers). Please see item 3 for taxes, item 7 for shipping, item 8 for handling, and item 10 for transit insurance details.

Product Description, Collateral
- Product description and collateral material used in listings is provided by the manufacturer and is subject to change without notice since manufacturers reserve the right to change the specifications at any time.
- Occasionally, the product may not be identical to the picture. As long as the product is identical in form, fit and function, cosmetic differences are not considered to be materially different.
Sizing Information
Sizing information/ details for items have been provided by the respective manufacturer. Carefully review the sizing instructions before purchasing this item. Contact manufacturer of item to ascertain the correct size, if sizing instructions are unclear.
2. Quantity
Per our distribution contract with our suppliers, we do not sell in bulk quantities. All listings are limited to a maximum order quantity of 2 (per listing). If your order quantity exceeds 2, we reserve the right not to accept it and refund the full amount.
3. Taxes
US Customers
No taxes apply, except 6% sales tax for Michigan resident customers.
International Customers - ALL countries (including APO) except USA
All local taxes, duties (import & customs) and handling charges must be paid by customer.
Notes
- We DO NOT provide customers with a false invoice that reflects lower item price or mark items as GIFTS to avoid customs duties. This is considered Illegal Activity by eBay and bears serious consequences.
- Please contact your local customs agency to verify the import duties and customs charges. We are unable to assist you with this information.
4. Ship To Locations
Domestic : USA - including APO, Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Mariana Islands, Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Palau, Puerto Rico, and Virgin Islands
International : ALL countries - for exceptions, "see exclusions" within listings
5. Ship Date
- Stock items are shipped within 1 business day (excluding weekends and Holidays) after the receipt of complete payment.
- Packages to international destinations are shipped within 2 business days after the receipt of complete payment.
- Custom Orders ship within 7-8 business days after the receipt of complete payment. See listing for details.
Notes
- Estimated transit time in business days is provided by shipping companies like FedEx or US Postal Service. Exclude weekends & holidays.
- Delivery time varies with package origin & destination, particularly during peak periods.
- Tracking information, if available is provided. Tracking information depends on the mode of shipment selected by customer (e.g. by First Class Mail International for international shipments can not be tracked).
- If the store is temporarily closed, orders will ship on the first business day after the store re-opens. This information will be posted on the store home page.
- Estimated ship date for Custom Order items is provided in the listing. Expedited shipping is not available for these items.
- In the unlikely event the item is not in stock, occasionally delivery may take longer; customer will be adequately informed about estimated “Ship Date” before order acceptance.
6. Payment
Terms
- Full payment is expected in 4 (four) days.
- Partial payments not accepted.
- If payment is not received within 4 days after the item(s) have been purchased, a reminder is sent automatically. Unpaid Item is filed automatically if payment has not been received within 8 (eight) days
- Order and Payment Confirmations are sent automatically to your e-mail address on file with eBay. Check eBay mail inbox.
Notes
- If paying via PayPal, payment is required immediately after order placement. If you are unable to do so, please contact us via eBay e-mail explaining the reason and the estimated date by when payment will be made.
- Items are shipped only to the address that appears in PayPal (no exceptions).
- e-checks via PayPal require up to 6 -10 business days to clear. Per PayPal policy, we ship only after receipt of payment. Please consider this delayed shipping while finalizing your order, if paying by e-check.

Notes
- Shipping transit time* information is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays or delays due to customs for international destinations. Transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods.
- US Postal Service provides estimated transit time in business days* and is NOT guaranteed. This does not include possible delays in customs clearance (international destinations) or due to Holidays and weekends.
- FedEx provides estimated transit time in business days. FedEx does not accept Ground* shipments on weekends.
- Orders from ALL international customers need to be approved and accepted by us after shipping cost assessment; these shipping costs are provided to the customer for their approval before order placement.
- No item offered on our eBay store qualifies for FREE delivery for international destinations.
- We reserve the right to upgrade shipping method at no extra cost to the customer.
- Local pick up not offered (no exceptions). We only ship items that are available via our online store on eBay.
Shipping Address and Contact Information
- Review & verify that the shipping address, telephone number and e-mail address are correct. If incorrect, update record at eBay & PayPal before sending payment.
- Contact telephone number at the shipping address is required for all transactions.
- Per eBay & PayPal policy, packages are shipped to the address provided along with payment or on record with PayPal (no exceptions).
- Packages returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address are not reshipped free of cost.
- Request for incorrectly addressed packages (after these have been shipped out) to be redirected or redelivered can be made by the consignee to US Postal Service at Redelivery Service (available ONLY for US addresses. International customers should contact their local post office).
Combined Shipping, Payment and Refunds
- Combined shipping is available - based on weight for selected items.
- Combined shipping cost:
1. Is automatically displayed after item(s) have been checked out using Buy It Now button.
2. Invoice can be requested for after item(s) have been checked out using Buy It Now button.
- Multiple item purchases may qualify for combined discounted shipping with one payment. eBay system automatically calculates the combined shipping amount during the checkout process. Request for an invoice BEFORE making payment. Combined Shipping / Shipping Refunds are not available AFTER multiple payments have been made.
Combined shipping discount is not available:
- For Multiple payments
- When Items with Free Shipping are purchased with items with Paid Shipping
- For items listed with "Immediate Payment Required". Such items can not be combined for shipping. This could be due to several reasons:
- Item requires special packaging.
- Item's packaging dimensions do not permit additional items to be added to that packaging box/ carton.
- Packaged item is at the border of the permissible weight limit for one type of shipping method. Adding items to that package will exceed the permissible weight limit for that specific shipping method.
- Item may be popular and sells in high volume. Such items must be paid for immediately since inventory needs to be current and available in real time.
Exceptions
- Several items can be shipped by low cost shipping options like First Class Mail (domestic) and First Class Mail International (international). However, when multiple items are combined, often the total weight exceeds the limit set for First Class Mail prompting us to look for the next best option available which, in some instances may increase shipping cost.
- Most items can be combined and shipped as a unitized package. However, to prevent damage to items during transit, it may not be possible to combine some bulky/ heavy weight items with small/ lightweight items.
- While eBay’s calculator is reasonably accurate in automatically calculating the combined shipping amount during the checkout process, it is error prone. Request for an invoice for combined shipping before completing purchase or making payment.
Shipment Tracking
Tracking details, if available are available in customer's My eBay shortly after the item is shipped. Details are also automatically sent to customer’s e-mail address on file at PayPal and eBay. Check e-mail spam filter and enable it to receive e-mail from PayPal and eBay.

US Postal Service - International Customers
Shipments by the following USPS methods DO NOT have real time online tracking available:
- First Class Mail International: Only CUSTOMS FORM number is provided for your reference.
- Priority Mail International: Only pick-up & delivery confirmation is available online.
NOTE: We cannot assist you with any updates. Follow up with your local post office or customs office for an update and further assistance.
US Postal Service - Canadian Customers
Due to the delay in Canadian Customs, USPS reports that shipments to Canada can take up to 4 weeks to be delivered. Contact your local post office with the customs form number information we provide for further assistance.
Recommendation For International Customers
For guaranteed delivery time & real time online tracking, we recommend shipments by FedEx or USPS Express Mail.

8. Packaging and Handling Charges
Domestic
A nominal amount is charged for the cost of the actual packaging materials, along with the handling fee to cover for our time and direct costs associated with shipping.
International
The cost, time, effort and packaging material required to ship an international package is considerably more than for domestic shipments (US Addresses). Included in the shipping cost is a charge to cover the following tasks (time and material):
- Obtain customer’s telephone number (mandatory requirement to complete customs form for international shipments) from eBay.
- Create & print address label separately for First Class Mail International (labels for domestic shipments can be printed right from within eBay). For Global Priority International and Express Mail International, an extra address label is required, in addition to the label that is available via USPS.
- Create & print customs form (not required for domestic shipments). For First Class Mail International, it has to be done off-line on the USPS site.
- Unlike domestic shipments, packages to international locations can not be dropped off in the mail; instead these packages have to be taken to the post office by the shipper (personally - no substitute allowed for security reasons), stand in lines, answer security related questions (much like airline check-in), purchase postage (for First Class Mail International), purchase insurance (if applicable) and hand over the packages.
Higher shipping weight increases shipping cost
- Items to international destinations are packaged differently from those that are shipped domestically. This may increase the shipping weight.
- Additionally, depending on the shipping method selected, documentation requirements may increase the shipping weight.
Do NOT to provide low DSR rating or negative feedback on shipping transit time and handling charges. We provide a service that most international customers value and are prepared to pay for it. If you disagree, we request you not to purchase any item from our store.
9. Packaging
- Unit price(s) include freight worthy packaging.
- All items are shipped in cardboard cartons or bubble mailers/ sturdy envelopes that adequately protect the contents while in-transit.
- As authorized distributors, we offer only new products in their original packaging with warranty, if applicable. Certain parts & spares like tubing, breast shields, connectors, diaphragms, valves etc. from suppliers may not be available in retail packaging. Manufacturers provide these products to us bulk packaged in polythene bags. Likewise, we use new & unused polythene bags to ship these products to our customers.
- Please be specific about your packaging requirements - if there are any issues related to protection or special requirements for customs, please provide details; extra charges may apply.
10. Transit Insurance
- All international shipments by US Postal Service are insured
- If insured, coverage is applied to the invoice amount total (items + shipping & handling)

- All products available are new, sealed in boxes/ packaging as supplied by the manufacturers; the manufacturer provided warranty covers most products.
