The Morezmore Eight Commandments:
1. Morezmore needs YOU more than you need Morezmore.
2. Reserve is a DIRTY word.
3. Combined shipping on multiple purchases is STRONGLY SUPPORTED, not considered a special favor and is applied without asking.
4. Using Shipping & Handling as a form of a revenue source is such a bad taste. That is why MOREZMORE CHARGES ACTUAL POSTAGE, WITHOUT ANY HANDLING FEES.
5. You have the right to remain without the purchase - return it within 30 (thirty) days for a refund. If Morezmore made an error, your shipping expenses will be reimbursed as well.
6. Morezmore does not discriminate - geographically or otherwise - international buyers and ebay newcomers are more than welcome to bid.
7. Private feedback is an oxymoron.
8. You can choose your form of payment, as long as it is in US dollars and we actually get it.

Question: Do you combine shipping?
Short Answer: Yes.
Full Answer: Shipping on multiple purchases is gladly combined. It only makes perfect sense. Here is how it works. You have 30 days to look around, bid and buy it now. If you send you an invoice and you are not ready to check out, just ignore it and consider it a running tally. Once you are done shopping, you can either wait for the next invoice (I send them every morning) or ask me.

Question: Is it OK to shop for some time and then combine shipping?
Short Answer: Yes.
Full Answer: Yes, it is ok. Everybody else does, why shouldn't you. Look around - people hang around for weeks, lurking in the shadows, watching, ready for that deadly leap. They shamelessly prey on little, vulnerable, helpless 0.99 items, snatching them one after another. And then they combine shipping on a truckload!... I am such a push-over...
Just kidding. Knock yourself out - shop till you drop, I will hold your items for you until you are done. I will rent a self-storage space, if necessary. Just let me know by email that you are still shopping, otherwise I will think you decided not to pay and will sell it to the underbidder or relist - I am quick with that kind of things.
To make sure I am very clear I will repeat it: In exactly 120 hours after the auction end, if there is neither a payment in my Paypal nor an email in my mailbox with the subject line "I will be sending the payment..." or "I am still shopping", the GREAT 0.99 DEAL YOU JUST GOT IS OFF. Can sellers do it? Yes, they can.

Question: What will be my shipping cost?
SHIPPING FOR ONE PARTICULAR ITEM - please scroll down to the bottom of the listing, select your zipcode or country, hit update.
COMBINED SHIPPING - yes, I combine and there are no handling charges. If you are considering MULTIPLE purchases, please EMAIL for COMBINED shipping invoice. The Ebay invoice shipping calculator does not know when it is more cost effective to switch to flat rate and will simply pile the charges up. Ask or wait - I send all invoices every morning. Whatever I can fit into the USPS Flat Rate Priority Envelope for 4.60 in USA, 11.00 Worldwide (limit 4 lbs) OR USPS Flat Rate Priority Box for 8.95 in USA, 37.00 Worldwide (limit 70 lbs). If you checkout yourself, please note that I am no longer sending the refunds for the difference - I just cannot do it because of the volume - 1300 purchases last month (thank you!) and only one employee - me.

Question: Do you charge a handling fee?
Short Answer: No.
Full Answer: I used to charge a handling fee to cover my bubble-wrap, peanuts and box expenses, but came to the conclusion that it is a bad PR and not worth the aggravation. While most people are understanding about a moderate handling fee, some of them (myself included) feel that covering the cost of packing materials shouldn't be the buyers' problem. Therefore, S&H is not a source of revenue for Morezmore. Please note that shipping quote is just that - a quote - and sometimes actual mailing cost differ - both ways. It is not intentional, but If that happens and it's a problem, please let me know and I will refund without much eye-rolling.

Question: Can I return the item if I change my mind?
Short Answer: Yes.
Full Answer: Please return within 30 days in the original packaging for a cheerful refund of the Auction Final Price. Kindly keep in mind that at that point your shipping money will have been spent on shipping and that Post Office will not return the shipping cost regardless of how much you hate your purchase. Such frivolousness, although tolerated by Morezmore, is frowned upon by USPS. But it is a small cost compare to living with something that gets on your nerves. So if you don't mind losing money on shipping, please go ahead and return it for a refund of the Auction Final Price. If the item is substantially different from the description, Morezmore will reimburse the shipping cost as well.

Question: Can I pay by personal check?
Short Answer: Yes.
Full Answer: You can pay by Paypal, personal check, money order or cash, as long as it is in US dollars. If your feedback is well-established, I am not going to wait for your check to clear. Well... I might, if it is a very large amount. I will take cash any day (who wouldn't), but, as you know, cash, well-concealed or otherwise, is sent at your own risk. Local pickup is possible, give me a call prior to showing up, please.

Question: Should I buy insurance?
Full Answer: Yes, if you would like this option. Your purchase will be covered by The Morezmore Lost Package Replacement Insurance (available for most countries). If the package is lost, Morezmore will reimburse the total cost, including shipping or replace the items if this item is still available. No forms to fill with the post office. Morezmore considers the package lost after 5 weeks in USA and 9 weeks worldwide.
The insurance is offered as "Optional" on the bottom of your invoice - select it while making your payment. If the insurance is "Not offered", it means that insurance is not available for your country.

Short Answer: Yes.
Full Answer: After I receive the payment, I will send you a message titled "Thank you for your payment". After I ship, I will send you a message titled "Just to let you know that your package has been prepared for the next USPS pickup."
US mail is picked up every business day.
International mail - once every 4 business days.

Question: I paid for my item - where is my feedback?
Short Answer: On its way.
Full Answer: Morezmore puts much higher priority on mailing the packages on time and sending meaningful email answers and notifications than on rushing to leave feedback asap. I leave my feedback once or twice a week and probably haven't had a chance to do it yet. If it is urgent for you, please let me know. If it can wait, I will definitely get around to it.
Ebay feedback is optional for both Buyer and Seller and is not a requirement for completing the transaction. Some people use feedback to let me know that the package arrived and they are happy with it. Some people just send me an "got it, thank you!" email and that is just as good.
We leave our feedback for the buyer first - immediately after the payment - thus eliminating the possibility of Red October's temper flaring up and causing her to shoot a sarcastic remark back at you (we are all human, you know). We would greatly appreciate that you send us an email before leaving a negative or EVEN NEUTRAL feedback - we are confident that Morezmore Customer Satisfaction Department will make you change your mind.
To summarize this touchy subject, Morezmore does not use the feedback system as the primary means of communication. If there is a problem, all attempts will be made to contact our trading partner through email system and by telephone. We appreciate the same approach in return. Negative feedback indicates the very end of all communications and eliminates all possibilities of resolving the problem.

Question: What happens if I decide not to pay?
Full Answer: In a few days after 30 days shopping period I will send you a reminder invoice (you can pay at that point), in 7-8 days after I will send you another reminder invoice (you can pay at that point), in 10 days I will file a Non-Paying Bidder Claim to recover my fees which I paid to Ebay for this sale (you can pay at that point). In 10 days after that I will get my fees reimbursed by Ebay and you will get a Non-Paying Bidder strike (your payment cannot be accepted after that). A non-insulting negative feedback will be left at your profile with the purpose not to demolish your ego, but inform other sellers about the possibility of NPB. Your ID will be added to "blocked bidders" list.

Question: How do I track my package?
Full Answer: For US Buyers - You will receive a cheerful message from Paypal titled "Your purchase will be shipped with PayPal Shipping with U.S. Postal Service!". Inside the message you will find a link which will take you directly to the Shipping Status of your package.
For International Buyers - USPS does not provide tracking information for First Class International and Priority Mail International, it is only available for Express Mail and Registered Mail. Please contact me if that is your shipping option - I will make the adjustment on the invoice.

Question: The tracking link provided in the shipping email is still showing "Label Created" although it has been several days since you said you shipped the item. Why?
Short Answer: The USPS system status has not been updated yet.
Full Answer: What that means is that the representative at the post office did not scan (as he/she supposed to) the package label before putting the package into the shipment bin. The system is only as good as the person who follows it.
However, not to worry. The package gets scanned several times during travel, on several points. Most likely the person at the next "point" will scan it and the system will show something like "The package was processed at this town, this state". Almost all packages eventually show the final check - "The package was delivered at this address at this time", but sometimes the only thing I get is the feedback from the buyer who received the item while the system still shows "Label created".
