Shipping

We ship out orders within 1-2 business days (unless otherwise specified on our shop announcements). Our shipping rates are:

  • Canada: Free (2-5 business days)
  • US: Free (3-6 business days)
  • UPS express: $12.99 USD (1-2 business days)
  • Australia: $21.99 USD (2-5 business days)
  • Europe: $19.99 USD (2-5 business days) Asia: $35 USD (2-5 business days) Mexico: $39.99 (2-5 business days)

Please note that we cannot ship to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes.

A signature is not required for residential deliveries.

Orders destined for remote areas of Canada and U.S. may be subject to additional shipping surcharges and will be billed to customer.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes at port of entry. It is the customer's responsibility to incur this cost.

Payment

We currently accept PayPal. If you do not have PayPal, you can also choose to enter your credit card at checkout.

Updates/Cancellations

Your order or address information can only be updated before 12:01 a.m. EST of the next calendar day after the date you place your order. Please contact us at update@iskin.com with the necessary changes.

Return Policy

Non-defective products: Within 30 days of receipt, please contact rma@iskin.com to request an exchange/refund. To find out more about the iSkin return policy, please visit www.iskin.com/customerservice/exchange-return-policy.tpl

Final sales: We cannot exchange or refund items that are marked FINAL SALE.

Warranty: We offer a limited one-year warranty on our products. If you experience a manufacturing defect, please contact us at rma@iskin.com to request further assistance. You can also find our warranty here: www.iskin.com/customerservice/warranty.tpl

Please do not send products back prior to contacting iSkin. If you do so, we may be billed to receive your package and in that scenario, your package may be rejected.

Promotions and Sales

All sales and promotions in our outlet store do not transfer over to our premium stores and are limited to the iSkin eBay outlet store.
