Ad stated watch was brand new, it was NOT brand new. Had discoloring/foggy ness inside of the dial. Contacted seller who said he would offer a $5.00 discount if I agreed to keep the watch and I agreed. Seller never issued me a $5.00 discounted refund and ignored my messages, completely UNACCEPTABLE! Had to bring the watch to a watch shop and have it professionally cleaned, which cost me $28.00 out of my own pocket. I will NEVER do business with Seller again, Buyer Beware!
