1. Payment should be made within 3 business days, if you need more time please ask for approval.

2. If payment is not recieved within 3 days, we reserve the right to refuse payment or sell the product.

3. As soon as payment is received, the item will ship via UPS (within 3 days depending on the purchase day).

4. Shipping charges are non refundable.

5. Please notify us immediately if for any reason you decide to return the package.

6. All returns must be made within 20 days of the date you receive the item.

7. All returns must be made in original factory cartons with all original packaging material.

8. Non Defective returns for a refund or replacement must be New/Sealed and show no signs of use.

9. Returns must be shipped freight prepaid with tracking. Any return sent back freight collect will be refused.

10. All credits will be made back to the original payment method.

11. If a package arrives damaged, it is best if you refuse the package. If you sign for and keep the package, please inform us so that we may file a claim with the carrier.

12. All non-defective or "your mistake" returns for credit are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
