Delivery Time: Delivery time will vary based on the ship from and ship to location. Most items ship from our warehouse in Massachusetts, however, some items may be drop shipped from other suppliers in the US based on availability and delivery estimates. Expect a delivery time of 1-5 business days for most domestic US orders. International shipments may be subject to an additional 1-3 business day delay based on item availability. Once shipped, expect an average transit time of 3-10 business days.

A.P.O., P.O., and F.P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O., A.P.O., or F.P.O. Boxes. All shipments are Â“signature requiredÂ” upon delivery which is not permitted for Boxes. Addresses with a physical street address and box number are generally accepted. If you do not know if FedEx will deliver to your address please ask.
Shipment Address: We only ship to the confirmed delivery address provided by PayPal. Before you pay, please make sure the address you provide PayPal matches the address you would like us to ship to. For Credit Card orders please note we only ship to the billing address that matches the card.
International shipments: We have shipped thousands of orders to over 80 countries worldwide. Trust us to take care of your international shipping needs. We ship via FedEx for all international shipments; we will only ship FedEx, no exceptions for international shipments. Please note, import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your countries customs office for country specific details. We are happy to help each customer lower the cost of importation. Please email us before or after an order to arrange a customs estimate.
Duties and Taxes: Certain countries have customs and duty payable for importing products and it is the responsibility of the purchaser to research and make payment of any customs duty/import tax that might be payable. Sales Tax: All orders shipping to MA, CT or RI are subject to sales tax. Insurance: All packages ship fully insured through FedEx unless otherwise specified by the buyer. Packaging: All items ship in Manufacturer packaging and most are double boxed for added safety and security. If you have any specific packaging instructions please feel free to email us.
Tracking: We will always update tracking on Ebay as well as send tracking invoices as soon as an item has been sent out.
Expedited Shipping: FedEx Express, 2 Day, and Overnight shipping are available at additional charges. Please see each listing for individual fees. Warranties and Returns
The Projector Pros strives to offer superior industry service, selection, and support. In the unfortunate event of a product defect, repair, return, or DOA, The Projector Pros can help expedite the process with manufacturers. Due to our position and industry connections we will likely be able to assist you with a prompt and satisfactory resolution. Please read and familiarize yourself with the below policies and procedures before making a purchase. The Projector Pros is usually quite flexible with these policies and strives to develop unique solutions tailored to benefit each unique customer.
Non-Defective, unopened merchandise may be returned at the expense of the buyer. Depending on the item, manufacturer policy, and circumstance, a restocking fee of up to 15% may be charged to the buyer in addition to return shipping costs. The restocking fee will be assessed and issued based on returned product condition and product type purchased.
Defective Merchandise or DOA:
If you have received a DOA or defective product please contact us immediately. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quick as possible. DOA claims must be made within 7 days of product delivery. Products must be returned in original manufacturers packaging with all accessories including unused warranty cards and manuals. Failure to do so may result in restocking or other fees. Different terms and conditions may apply based on specific situations or manufacturers policies. The defective/DOA product will be returned, repaired, or exchanged for the same make/model based on the discretion of The Projector Pros and manufacturer's policies.
DOA and defective unit policies vary per manufacturer. Please contact us and we will do you our best to resolve the situation as swift and painless as possible. The Projector Pros does not have the authority to extend any manufacturers DOA or exchange periods beyond the prepecified periods. Note that certain manufacturers will not honor an exchange for any reason, only repairs will be granted. This is not our policy and we cannot change it or make exceptions under any circumstances.
Beyond 7 days:
Every projector sold by The Projector Pros comes standard with a manufacturer's warranty. Any defect or issue that you have with your projector or other item after 15 days must be dealt with through the manufacturer. Many manufacturers actually require that you contact them directly for information on repairs, replacements, or exchanges. If you have any questions about your products warranty please contact us and we will do our best to assist you through the warranty process.
Refurbished/Open Box/Demo and used Projectors:
Refurbished/Open Box/demo and used items are eligible for returns as long as there have been no more than (10) hours put on the bulb since delivery and no more than 10 days since delivery of the projector. If the projector lamp timer has been reset upon receipt we will return the item to you or subject you to a 20% restocking fee at our discretion. Anything greater than (10) hours will not be eligible for returns unless prior arrangements have been made. Buyers will be pay return shipping on all projectors returned. Generally Refurbished/Open Box/demo and used projectors are not subject to restocking fees if returned in original packaging with all accessories and warranty information and returned within 10 days with less than 10 hours on lamp. DOA/Defective products must be taken care of through manufacturer's warranties. Used projectors are warrantied 30 days through The Projector Pros.
