In the unfortunate event that you need to return an item, please contact us within thirty (30) days of receiving your package. A return authorization form must accompany all returns to efficiently process your refund. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
Please contact us for a return authorization number (RA#). Write this RA# on the outside of your package so we can efficiently process your refund. All returned items must be in the same condition as they were when you received them. There is a 10% restocking fee for items returned that are not the fault of The Pro's Closet
If the item you've received is not to your satisfaction, please contact us and we will do our best to make it right.
