 * Combined shipping offered! This saves significantly when buying smaller items.  International orders must pay via Paypal or money order CASHABLE in Canada. Some are only cashable in the U.S. E-mail us for total combined shipping quote.  I can invoice you via Paypal!

eBay auctions: Please send payment within 5days of auction(s) closing.  We can combine shipping! Once your parcel has arrived please contact us if you feel your order is unsatisfactory. If you are happy with it, please give us positive feedback and we will reciprocate. *Ethereal Herbs & The Purple Vortex are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.  Most times insurance through Canada Post is free, however, certain items are charged a fee.

Shipping Info.

* Shipments regularly go out on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays. Payments however must be made before the Postal run. Ships through Canada Post.  Will be marked "Novelty Item or Novelty Crafts" if necessary for Customs. Occasionally, shipping is also done on off days. Canada Post quotes most shipping times as 12-14 BUSINESS DAYS. Most items arrive waaaay before this time, however take into account any civic holidays and special times of the year, for instance December and the Easter gift season slow down shipping times. Occasionally items will sit at Customs for several extra days if the US has a backlog. * Etherealherbs  & The Purple Vortex do not guarantee shipping times.  *If you need something guaranteed quick, you can pay for overnight or 3 day delivery but this is highly expensive.
