| A:You can return your order as long as the packaging and tags are intact within the first 14 days after you receive it. Please contact me for return shipping address. If item is defective I must be notified withing 7 days from delivery date. Please check over your order for any defects. This happens seldom but it does happen. |
| Q:Do you give a shipping discount? |

| A:Yes, There is a shipping discount on like kind items: If you buy more than one leather item I will give $5.00 off for items $20.00 and more and for items under $20.00 there is $1.50 off each item after the first one purchased. Please wait after you order multiple orders and I will send a invoice with the discount on it. |

| A:Your order will ship within 2 business days from the time you ordered it. Please allow 5-10 days for your order to be delivered |
| Q:Are all of your leather jackets real leather? |

| A:All of my leather jackets are leather. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:I ship most of my items internationally. If it is not offered and you are not in a hurry for it I can have it shipped to me and then ship it to you. This normally takes 7-12 days longer. Plase ask if you are interested it this offer. |
| Q:How can you tell if it is patchwork leather or solid leather |

| A:If in the description it says there is a design on it this would be for a patchwork design. If it says solid leather then it will be solid leather. |
