The quoted shipping rate is for a USPS priority flat rate box or envelope depending on the size of the item. If you are purchasing multiple items I will put as many into your box or envelope that will fit so you can save money on shipping. If you would like to purchase insurance please let me know and I will add it to your invoice. If you are purchasing multiple items please allow me to invoice you first so I can adjust the shipping charge if needed. The stated policy on returns is that they are not allowed because I am selling merchandise for different stores. However, if you feel that there is a major mistake or issue please contact me. You will see by my feedback that if there is a legitimate problem that I will work it out with you. I am sorry that I can not take an item back because of fit.
