Q: What is your return policy? |
A:
Should you receive an order that either has been damaged in shipping or has a defect in manufacturers workmanship, you will need to E-MAIL with the details. You will have 7 days from receipt of your order to contact our customer service department. See "Terms and Conditions" for all the details.

Q: Do you combine shipping? |
A:
Yes. All of our items are set up by weight. They are also set up to give you a discount on handling charges. Should there be a glitch and eBay charge more than it should (and you pay by Paypal) we will send you a refund for the over payment via Paypal.

Q: When can I expect my order to arrive? |
A:
We ship all week. Orders received Monday through Thursday (before 3 pm CST) will ship the next day. Orders received during Friday and over the weekend will ship on Tuesday Morning the latest. Orders that that request "US Postal Service Express Mail®" that are purchased Monday thru Friday before 3 pm CST will ship next day. Holiday & day before holidays excluded.

Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |
A:
We have a very small handling fee that covers the cost off boxes, tape, packing, labels ..etc. The rest of the charge is the exact amount U.S.P.S charges us.

Q: Do you ship internationally? |

Yes. We ship World wide.

Q: What should I do if the U.S.P.S tracking information shows that my package was delievered, but I don't have it? |
A:
Should a box be lost after it has been scanned as delivered, then the you (the receiver of the order) must handle the issue directly with the post office and/or neighbors, house guests, roommates, family or anyone that has access to your mail.
Should a box be lost after it has been scanned as delivered to the country of destination, then the you (the receiver of the order) must handle the issue directly with the local post office.
We can only be responsible if a package does not get scanned as delivered.
Q: I ordered a few items from you and it costs more than a Priority Mail Flat Rate box, don't you use those? |
A:
Yes, we do use Priority Mail Flat Rate boxes. But eBay has no way of calculating that into shipping rates. Plus until we pack it we cannot be sure it will fit. If we can fit it into a Priority Mail Flat Rate (and you pay by Paypal) we will send you a refund for the over payment via Paypal.
Q: You keep saying that you will send a refund for over payments on shipping via Paypal. I am not going to pay via Paypal, how would I get a refund? |
A:
If you are buying more than one item, and plan to send in the payment, ask for a total first. We will send you a proper total (normally within 24 hours) this way you will know the correct shipping amount.
Q: Other sellers send international for cheaper why don't you? |
A:
We only ship Priority or Express international. Other forms of shipping international do not include proof of delivery. Other forms of shipping can take up to 3 weeks. For these two reasons we will only ship Priority or Express international.
