When you need to send something back to us. You must email us first at theseedofcalvary@warpspeed1.net for approval.It must be within the guidelines from the page you bought as 3 days is the limit from date of receiving the item.

REFUND POLICY:

You may return any merchandise bought at "The Seed of Calvary" BUT with advance permission. Please contact us first. Return the permission report via email. No restocking fee or shipping and handling is charged if at the fault of the seller. There is a 20% re-list fee if you return something not at the fault of the seller and loss of shipping and handling fees even if the item had free shipping on it. (The USPS will NOT refund us the postage on free shipping and handling. That is something you will be charged for on any returned item NOT at the fault of the seller.) You will only be credited for items that are returned in saleable condition. Items that are shrink wrapped must NOT be opened for a full refund. You will receive store credit for any refund.

Also, the items must still be offered on Ebay.

REFUND PROCEDURES:

Enclose a copy of "Approved" (to return item) by printing email correspondence(s). The shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. shipments. The Seed of Calvary is not responsible for returned merchandise we do not receive. No credit will be issued to your account for items that we do not receive. We suggest you return your merchandise by insured carriers (UPS, USPS, etc.) Once your return has been processed in the warehouse and they have sent the paperwork to our headquarters, your account will be credited for the return. This process may take as long as three or four weeks.
