games, mainly rare out of print board games and second hand miniatures.
We've been doing business since November 2004.

PAYMENT
Shortly after the end of the auction, Paypal will deliver
an invoice with all information required to complete the transaction. If
the "Buy it Now" feature is used, this invoice can be slightly delayed.
Please wait at least 24 hours or until you receive the invoice before you
try to contact us. You can also simply click on the Paypal logo and quickly
complete the transaction. The item will be shipped within 3 weekdays of payment
reception.
If your order exceeds 500 US$, we will accept Paypal only
if your package is to be sent to a CONFIRMED address.
SHIPPING AND INSURANCE
As mentioned on all our items' descriptions, we do combine shipping. If buying multiple items, you only need to pay the
actual shipping costs, plus a small fee for handling and packaging
materials. For exact rates, please send us a mail before making your
purchase. Don't forget to include the exact Ebay numbers of all the items you'd like to buy.
Insurance:
Insurance is mandatory and costs 1$ for each 100$ of coverage.
Shipping delays:
The shipping chart appearing in our listings indicate average delays for each
type of shipping. These were given to us by Canada Post. Like all postal
delays, these do not include weekends and holidays. International customers,
please bear in mind that customs can add a few days to these normal delays.
IMPORTANT: We don't have any control on these matters and
we will not accept any responsibility if your package takes longer to reach
you.
Shipping mistakes:
We're doing everything to make sure such things never happen but, still,
we do make mistakes once in a while. Over the past few years, it happened a few times that we sent
someone the wrong package. If such a thing ever happens, we'll ask you to send
the item back to us before we either refund your purchase or send you the
correct item. Of course, we'll pay all shipping expenses.
EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY
The vast majority of positive feedbacks we have should prove without a
doubt that we never intended to mislead anybody when it came to describing
or rating our games. Nevertheless, ratings are always at least part
subjective: you'll see by reading the various comments that some people
found out the games to be in better shape than they expected but, still, a
few were a little disappointed by the games condition. After trying various
methods, we found out that this is inevitable. For obvious reasons, we can't
give you detailed pictures of each single game piece, and our rating system
isn't perfect, even though we're constantly trying to improve it.
For all these reasons, we'll give you a refund if:
- You send us detailed pictures of all major game components, and we
BOTH agree that the description was faulty (mistakes happen). In this
case, WE will pay all shipping fees and refund everything you ever paid
for the items.
- You're unsatisfied with the game's condition, but we stand by our
description. In this case, YOU will have to pay all shipping fees. Only
the price of your bid will be refunded. Sorry, but we must do this to
protect ourselves from unjustified claims, or from people wanting to send
a game back only because they found it cheaper elsewhere a week after they
received it, or from people who suddenly get "buyer's remorse", and find
out they'd rather use the money for something else. Your bid is a contract,
and you’re expected to fulfill your part of the engagement as
professionally as we try to fulfill ours.
If you prefer, we can also exchange your item for a similar one.
Conditions will be the same.
As to guarantee both parties total
satisfaction, any issue will be dealt with using Square Trade's dispute
resolution service. Buyer will be expected to pay any mediation or
arbitration fees, though, if any of these prove to be necessary.
PRIVACY POLICY
Of course, any personal information (name, e-mail, address)
will only be used to complete the transaction. We won’t disclose this information
to any other person or business.
