Shipping
Once an order is placed, please allow up to 48 business hours for processing. We offer FREE GROUND SHIPPING on all orders. We do offer 2-3 day and 1-2 day shipping methods as well but you will be financially responsible for the shipping charges. Expedited shipping begins when the order leaves the warehouse not when it is received by the system. Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays are not delivery days.

We do not process orders on the weekends or national holidays. Friday after 2pm is considered the weekend.

If you feel your package has gone missing in transit please call FedEx at 1-800-463-3339 and ask for the FedEx SmartPost department to make a missing package claim.

Please make sure your shipping information is correct in your eBay and PayPal account. Our server takes shipping information from your account and sends it to processing in our warehouse. NOTE** WE CANNOT ADJUST YOUR SHIPPING INFORMATION ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SENT TO OUR WAREHOUSE. PLEASE MAKE SURE IT IS 100% ACCURATE WHEN SHOPPING WITH SHOE SUPPLY.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOU SHIP YOUR ORDER TO THE WRONG ADDRESS.

If you need your package by a certain time do not rely on the ground shipping method as it could take 7-10 business days or any unforseen problems could cause a delay in delivery. Please use an expedited shipping method and take into account our 48 hour processing time. DELIVERY DATES ARE ESTIMATED NOT GUARANTEED.


Payment Options


We gladly accept payments via PayPal. Buyers must claim and pay for their merchandise immediately upon payment. Also, you make check out as a guest if you do not have a PayPal account. Please follow directions at checkout.

We charge tax in the following states CA, AR, AZ, CO, FL, HI, ID, NV, NY, OK, PA, RI, SC, TN, UT, VA, WI, WY, NC. Percentages are based on tax rates in the state you reside.


Returns
We offer a 30 day return policy from point of purchase. Items must be unwashed, unworn, and unused upon returning to the warehouse. Products will go through a returns inspections process and if we receive an item not in the same way we shipped it out we will ship the product back to you and no refund will be issued.

Please contact customer service for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. This form needs to go inside the box when you ship your order back to Shoe Supply. If there is no RMA form inside the box upon arrival to the warehouse we will refuse the shipment and your order will be sent back to you. Customer service is open Monday to Friday 9am - 4pm PST and can be reached toll free at 1-877-838-6437. If no one picks up, please a voice message with your name, number, and order number. We will return your call as soon as possible.

We offer FREE RETURN SHIPPING on all return orders. Upon receiving your RMA form please make sure to ask the customer service representative to email you a FedEx prepaid shipping label. If there is any problems with your label please call customer service for a new one. Do not pay for the return shipping, we cannot refund you if you do.

Once an item has passed returns inspections we will go ahead and issue you a refund back to your PayPal account or form of payment. Please allow 7-14 days to be fully refunded back to your method of payment. Refunds include price of item and tax. Original outbound shipping is not part of your refund.
